00:00:00 --> 00:00:04 Good morning and a wonderfully celebratory Friday to all of our Morning Boost
00:00:04 --> 00:00:06 listeners. Thank you for tuning in again today.
00:00:06 --> 00:00:12 As the current work week draws to a close and the end-of-the-year approaches for many of our schools,
00:00:12 --> 00:00:15 today we're going to emphasize the critical importance of taking the time to
00:00:15 --> 00:00:17 celebrate both individual and
00:00:17 --> 00:00:22 team successes and to genuinely honor the achievements of your personnel.
00:00:27 --> 00:00:30 Now consistently recognizing and sincerely
00:00:30 --> 00:00:33 appreciating our employees hard work dedication and
00:00:33 --> 00:00:38 contributions is it's just not merely a nice gesture this is really a fundamental
00:00:38 --> 00:00:43 pillar for fostering positive morale and boosting motivation levels and in the
00:00:43 --> 00:00:47 end we want to improve employee retention rates as well whether it involves
00:00:47 --> 00:00:53 publicly acknowledging outstanding contributions to specific projects or work within the school,
00:00:53 --> 00:00:57 or it could also just be celebrating significant professional milestones,
00:00:57 --> 00:00:58 such as work anniversaries.
00:00:58 --> 00:01:03 Maybe we also need to just simply highlight individuals who consistently demonstrate
00:01:03 --> 00:01:08 that exceptional performance or maybe go above and beyond their defined responsibilities.
00:01:08 --> 00:01:14 Whatever it is we do, it's essential to proactively create meaningful opportunities for recognition.
00:01:14 --> 00:01:19 These acknowledgements can take various forms. We could do informal team lunches
00:01:19 --> 00:01:24 or school-wide announcements of accomplishments to even more formal recognition
00:01:24 --> 00:01:26 programs or small tokens of appreciation.
00:01:27 --> 00:01:31 Even the annual award ceremonies that celebrate significant achievements go a long way.
00:01:32 --> 00:01:36 According to some research conducted by Gallup, they state employees who feel
00:01:36 --> 00:01:39 their opinions count are more likely to be engaged.
00:01:39 --> 00:01:43 So by consciously making the effort to acknowledge and celebrate the success
00:01:43 --> 00:01:48 and achievements of our employees, we can cultivate a positive and appreciative
00:01:48 --> 00:01:52 work environment where individuals feel genuinely valued for their contributions.
00:01:53 --> 00:01:56 And in the end, they're going to be more likely to remain engaged,
00:01:56 --> 00:01:59 motivated, and committed to the success of our schools.
00:02:05 --> 00:02:09 That's your Morning Boost for Friday. Hope it's been an awesome week. Have a great Friday.

00:02:13 --> 00:02:16 topics, you can find all of these on your favorite podcast network.

00:02:20 --> 00:02:22 like or rating or review.
00:02:22 --> 00:02:26 Give us some comments. We'd love to hear some of your suggestions for future
00:02:26 --> 00:02:30 topics of future episodes or just to hear from you in general.

00:02:34 --> 00:02:38 But again, have a great Friday and have an even better weekend because you have
00:02:38 --> 00:02:41 earned it. Thanks for listening. We will talk with you again next week.
