00:00:46 --> 00:00:50 But with the right preparation, you can approach them with confidence,
00:00:50 --> 00:00:54 ensuring a more productive outcome for everyone involved.
00:00:54 --> 00:00:58 We're going to explore some key strategies to help you not just survive,
00:00:58 --> 00:01:00 but thrive in these challenging dialogues.
00:01:06 --> 00:01:09 Let's get into the nitty-gritty of planning for those tough talks.
