Hello and welcome to your first episode of Your Morning Boost. Thank you for joining me today. I want to start off with a big thank you to you for being who you are and doing what you do. If you are listening to this, you're likely in our intended audience of leaders in the world of education. It is frequently a thankless job, and yet it may be the most important job in the world today. Every doctor, lawyer, scientist, politician, insert career field here, and corporate executive has one thing in common. Their education got them to where they are. It's a tough line of work, and with the safety can concerns and rising expectations we see every day, it's only going to continue to get tougher. But that also means that it is only going to continue to become more important. So again, thank you for being who you are and doing what you do. This podcast series has one main objective. We want to give you a quick boost to help you do the work you do each day, whether you listen to us on your way into the building or at night when you finally get a chance to sit down and relax, you know, sometime after ten pm. The hope is that these short podcasts will give you that little extra encouragement or an idea that can make your work even more worthwhile. I know you didn't get into this career to make the big bucks. That means you are here because you want to see your students succeed. In fact, you probably stay up at night thinking of ways to get that last friend in your school across the finish line with a path towards success after their days in your building are over. I hope that a few minutes a day with this podcast will help give you the same boost as that extra shot of espresso in your morning. Joe, you deserve it. Our top will range from specific areas of the educational world to generic leadership topics, and no homework needed here other than just some time for reflection. Take the time to help find that balance in your life that you need to be at your best each and every day for your staff and students. Once again, and I truly mean it, thank you for what you do. I hope you find these podcasts worth a few minutes and your incredibly busy life. Thank you for joining me today. This has been your morning boost, brought to you by AWB Education.
